Sitting senator and the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party at the ongoing supplementary elections in Kogi west senatorial district Dino Melaye, has accused the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of already having prepared results for an election that has vote counting is still ongoing.
The senator while taking to his twitter handle to make this revelation further commended the people of Kogi west for voting for him.
“Magic results in Kabba….Evidence overwhelming on electoral fraud.
“Im very proud of the electorates in Kogi West, You voted me today but prepared results already in place,” Senator Melaye Tweeted.
Further stating that illegality shall not stand senator, Melaye vowed to fight till the end.
“We will fight to the end. Illegality shall never stand. Magic results everywhere.- SDM,” tweet by Melaye further read.
The senator who had constantly been raising alarm over discrepancies he noticed Pointed out a member of the All Progressive Congress whom he alleged was in close contact with security officers and INEC officials

Senator Dino Melaye and Smart Adeyemi returned to the poll for the concluding part of the senatorial election after (INEC) declared the Kogi West Senatorial election on Saturday, November 16, 2019, inconclusive due to violence and killings that characterized the exercise.
